Design & Construct
Ordanga offers services from star to finish. To help create the desired result we offer a full collaboration from design idea phase assisting in enhancing the ideas within budget constraints to the building and site management process. Its never a straight line from beginning to end so we look to adapted and offer solutions to bumps in the path. Ordanga will always endeavour to open communication lines so you as the client are never having to chase for updates and answers. We are driven by our service reputation.
Commercial Works
This is Ordanga’s core business. Understanding how the commerical domain works in high pressure environments is key to Ordanga Construction Services and return customer clientele. The following areas are key targets we rely on getting right:

Heritage Works
Heritage restoration work is very much our target market. A most rewarding pursuit Ordanga continues to enjoy on various projects. Continuously learning in this space we have staff trained and attending courses in various states of Australia. We don’t have as many Heritage buildings as we would like so we need to preserve what we have. Some of Ordanga’s past Heritage projects include:
- Alexandra Home Community Centre. Heritage listed from 1886 to 1963
- Lady Lamington Building, Royal Brisbane Hospital and in the same precinct to Two Towers associated with the Lady Lamington
- World Heritage: K’gari (Fraser Island) Central Station upgrade works in conjunction with the QPWS for the Butchulla Aboriginal Corporation
- World Heritage: K’gari (Fraser Island) Champagne Pools upgrade works in conjunction with the QPWS for the Butchulla Aboriginal Corporation
- Moreton Island Lighthouse restoration works
- New Farm House Heritage works
Cabinetry Manufacturing
In 2020/2021, Ordanga decided to add a new enterprise to its arsenal with its own cabinetry manufacturing. With Ordanga already having a large space, it allowed us to expand into cabinetry with the production occurring in our current Eagle Farm warehouse.
Ordanga offers all forms of cabinetry and joinery with the ability to also manufacture various products using compact laminate such as toilet partitions and bench tops.
Steel Fabrication Works
Ordanga’s steel fabrication area came about through supply and demand issues. Ordanga invested in machinery to enable our team the ability to fabricate internally, providing an opportunity for several Ordanga key personnel to further develop their building trade qualifications and skills. We specialise in:
- Steel posts and beams
- Small portal frames
- Other engineered custom made steel framing to suit building design requirements
Roof & Building Works
Ordanga has extensive experience with various types of roofing, wall cladding, structural repair works and design solutions. From increasing roof pitches to the removal of box gutters and all structural and engineering requirements, we are able to bring all water issues under control.
Whether it be asbestos, tile or metal, Ordanga utilises its Building Licence to bring the building back to Code, Asbestos Licence to safely remove and control the site, and a Roofing Team to complete all the associated roofing and flashing works.
Demolition Works
Controlling the demolition from the beginning allows us to contain a neat, tidy and safe site from the moment to works begin. Whether it be on a Heritage Listed site, Tafe College, Hospital or School, having complete control allows Ordanga to deliver on all time frames and scheduling to the clients requirements.
Having a strong understanding about Heritage construction works has paved a natural transition into Heritage demolition. Treating the demolition process like a deconstruction, removing the building piece-by-piece, saving all existing material to reuse in the construction process.
Asbestos Removal
We have the experience when it comes to getting rid of unwanted asbestos in ceilings, walls, floors and other external structures such as fencing, sheds, roofing or any general demolition.
Using an experienced team, the latest equipment and the highest certification we’ll safely remove asbestos in all forms - friable and bonded - to ensure a clean and safe site.
Stormwater Investigation
We utilise equipment that shows clear in-pipe imaging which gives us instant results during the inspection process. This enables us to quickly find the best solution to the problem.
Soil Remediation
Contaminated soil remediation has become an ongoing concern for many sites throughout the South East Qld region due to inground discoveries, such as old dumps, lead contaminated soil, asbestos buried land fill and other unforeseen land contaminations.
Ordanga is licensed to excavate and remove contaminated fills.
Maintenance & Small Jobs
Ordanga prides itself on service. To achieve this service we must include all size jobs including maintenance and small jobs where our clients request. Completing small jobs is always our major priority as we understand they can be easily left and create issues for our clients.
Out of ‘Hours’ Projects
In large shopping centres, schools and hospitals removal works are often required to be done outside the normal working hours. Whether it is small or large works we are happy to work within the time frame required.
